Steps to resolving employment contract disputes

Resolving employment contract disputes often involves several steps, including:

  2. Negotiation and Mediation: Attempt to resolve the dispute through informal discussions, negotiation, or mediation facilitated by a third party.
  3. Legal Advice: Seek advice from an experienced employment lawyer to understand the legal aspects of your dispute, assess the strength of your case, and explore potential legal avenues.
  4. Fair Work Commission: Lodge a formal complaint or application with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for matters such as unfair dismissal, wage disputes, or breaches of workplace rights.

We have had a total of 3 offices since those early days in 1894, all of which are a 50m walk from our current office.
